I might try ‘engineering career development conferences’ for my site, The Engineering Career Coach. When you find some conferences, browse through the websites and look for the conference schedules.
The schedule will list the topics being presented and the speakers. This is a double win. Not only can you find topics that you can utilize for your website, but you can find experts on these topics. Now you can contact these experts and ask them to write a guest blog post for your site, or serve as a guest for an interview, which you then publish through any content channel you desire.
This is a great use of your time, as you can find several content topics and experts in 30 to 60 minutes, without much effort.
